Wes Miller said his team has taken the two losses this season exceptionally hard and they are currently not as confident as they need to be.
That was apparent as Cincinnati turned the ball over 18 times in the 65-49 win. The Bearcats were missing the injured Aziz Bandaogo and CJ Fredrick.
Viktor Lakhin led the Cats with 18 points, Simas Lukosius added 11. Next up for the Bearcats is Stetson on Friday.

The Dayton Flyers dominated the Cincinnati Bearcats in the Queen City on Saturday night in front of a pro-Dayton crowd. The Bearcats once again shot the ball horrendously away from Fifth Third Arena and had poor interior defense.

BREAKING: Jamille Reynolds is now eligible for the Bearcats. It was announced Friday night that no player will be penalized for playing during the restraining order, which has now been extended to spring.
Reynolds will suit up Saturday against Dayton

Cincinnati looked hungover for a good 30 minutes of game action but dominated once Aziz Bandaogo got going and the shots started falling.
CJ Fredrick led Cincy with 14 points, Aziz Bandaogo added 12 points and 17 rebounds. Cincinnati plays a neutral site game against Dayton in downtown Cincinnati on Saturday.

Cincinnati could be in the Top 25 come Monday, after defeating Florida Gulf Coast 99-62 to improve to 7-0 on the season.
UC was led by Viktor Lakhin and CJ Fredrick who each poured in 19 points. The Bearcats also dominated the glass with a 46-23 advantage and shot it over 50% from the floor, and from deep.

Howard shot it 50% from the floor and Cincinnati couldn't buy a bucket from deep, but the Bearcat's size was too much down the stretch in the 86-81 OT win.
Viktor Lakhin, or "Laykin" as he will be known after this game, poured in 19 points to lead Cincy. Dan Skillings added in 16 and Aziz Bandaogo had 12.

Cincinnati used a balanced scoring attack, a jolt from Aziz Bandaogo, and a 35-7 run to break the game wide open in an 89-54 win over Georgia Tech. It was the Bearcats' largest win over a Power 5 team since '97.

Aziz Bandaogo averaged 11 and 10 last year for Utah Valley, torching Cincinnati for a double-double in Utah Valley's win over UC. Dan Hoard called Aziz the best alley-ooper he'd ever seen, plus Aziz is a lethal shot blocker that UC hasn't had since Tre Scott departed.
